The ministry and presidency claim 'more than 100,000 housing units completed, UNDER CONSTRUCTION, or at advanced stages', with a target of 100,000 units completed before 2027. No verifiable completed-and-occupied unit count has been published. Verified sub-items are small: 2,084 units inspected as ready for occupation, and 250 units in Gombe.
The counter-argument
The 100,000 figure is a pipeline number, not a delivery number, and the official wording says so. Anyone who cites it as homes delivered will be corrected. If asked, state the pipeline figure as a pipeline figure and name the verified sub-items.
